WHAT DO I DO AFTER I HAVE NOMINATED PHARMACY CORNER ONLINE AS MY CHOSEN PHARMACY?
Once you have nominated us as your chosen pharmacy, you do not have to do anything further. We will take responsibility of confirming the changes with your GP. Then moving forward your prescription will be sent to us automatically and we will then safely and efficiently dispense your medication and prepare it to be dispatched to your designated location free of charge. Let us focus on your medication so you can focus on living.
CAN I STILL NOMINATE PHARMACY CORNER ONLINE IF I ALREADY HAVE A NOMINATED ANOTHER PHARMACY?
Yes. The NHS EPS service allows you to freely nominate where your GP sends your prescription at any time.
IS DELIVERY ALWAYS FREE?
Yes it is. Delivery for our NHS repeat prescription service is always free of charge.
WHAT IF I'M OUT WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?
We can deliver to any address - your home, your place of work, to a carer or neighbour. You can choose a safe place if you are not home to accept delivery or if they still can't deliver, a card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery for free.
WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
If you are not home to accept the delivery you can choose a safe place for your parcel to be received, with your permission we can arrange your parcel to be delivered to any address such as a family member, workplace or neighbour. If for whatever reason the parcel could not be received a card will be left so that you can arrange a re-delivery for free.
